A dream for us all - a bolthole in Donegal! I had the very recent pleasure of decorating the show apartment in a new development in Portnablagh and we found it hard to fit in the mundane task of hanging curtains given all the oohing and aahing at the spectacular view! |

| The client, Elaine McVeigh, was really responsive to all the ideas that I brought on board and, indeed, did an awful lot of work herself in order to achieve what I think is a wonderfully eclectic look that is just right for the end use of the space. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The sitting room with its use of ochre & heathery purples reflects the wonderful vista of Sheephaven Bay. The simple curtain treatments enhance rather than detract from the view and the squashy sofa from Orior, a local furniture manufacturing firm, is a terrific spot to throw yourself down after a hard day at the beach or, indeed, pub! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
