The two images above of hotel bedrooms may make me look a bit schizophrenic - one is very traditionnal and the other fairly modern the reason for this seeming schism is that my designs are always (hopefully!) sympathetic to their surroundings. The four poster bed is found in an elegant country house hotel while the more streamlined bedroom is in a very contemporary city centre hotel. Both of them, however, have in common warm colour strands that work well in our sometimes grey irish light and the all important comfort factor - a must for stressed out travellers.
